Question - Why Is It So Easy To Verbally Bat Cowboys Fans Around Like Pinatas?

Fans of other teams come to Cowboys' boards and do the same things, and the reaction is basically the same. Should anyone be surprised at that? Personally I visit other teams' boards for a different perspective. I don't expect to visit boards like this one and not see threads like "Farg Dallas", or the "Cowboys or taterskins or Packers Suck(Which they do ;))". You see the same things on Cowboys boards, and occasionally you get the rival fan that comes in and stirs the pot. Who cares? I don't. Nothing that anyone says on a message board will ever cause me to lose my composure and go off on some silly rant. Every team has ups and downs over the years. Some have longer periods of them, but the NFL is fairly cyclical, especially in the era we're in now.

Just my perspective.

Come on man...  Eagle fans DEFINATLY should know better than to try talking about anything to do with the history of the team or its standing in the lore of the NFL.  Either you people think history began in the year 2000, or you are out of your minds.


I would actually actually have to say it is the Eagles that have been the laughing stock of the NFC East for the past 35 years.  Washington and New York have both won multiple championships and contributed along with Dallas to make the NFC East the top division in football for so many years.

It is the Eagles along with every other team from Philly that has made an art form out of losing.  Even a horse from Philly couldn't win the big one when it counted.  Poor Smarty Jones.

Your team is flat out inferior when it comes to tradition, history, championships, and PRESENT TEAM.

Facts, jack.

BTW what would be the all time Eagles team?  All I can think of is Van Buren and Chuck Bednarik.  Unless Reggie White is considered an Eagle.  I'd call him a Packer.  The Cowboys in half the time have argubably the best All Time squad of any franchise.

Fecal fans dont operate off of facts.  They operate off passion.  There are no die hard Cowboy fans is a crock.  There are die hards for every team.  And I will put our boards knowledge of football vs yours any freakin day of the week.  We can have a family feud.  You pick your 5 guys,we pick ours,get a third party moderator,and lets do this.  You guys are full of angst because your city is one of losers.  Most natives are NYC rejects who couldnt make it there so they travel to Philly and be blue collar.  Blue collar and bitter.  You blue collar fans should learn to wear a hard hat.  Some of the things I read here make me think that there have been a little bit too many construction mishaps.

A little of your own medicine and you didnt like it I guess.  All you iceholes here talk about Cowboy fans and stereotyping (SD,Jerome,et al) yet when a Cowboy fan does it, your panties are in a bunch.  I came on board to try and talk football but for every post that actually talks about the game,there are 5 that are lashed out with personal attacks.  I am taking it because there isnt much football to talk with a team on the ropes with a banged up QB,no running game to speak of,and an exposed defense.  Sucks being a Fecal fan.
