This is a last ditch effort by the birds to get TO with the program.  He wasn't gonna be healthy for a week or two anyway so MAYBE when/if he comes back his attitude will improve

Spadaro, slow as usual.  I noticed in his column for saturday morning that he said he thinks it's not over for the weekend.  I'm sure he knew something was coming.

by miles...theres a future after this season with the cap room and a solid foundation already in place...after 3-13 there wasnt even a flicker at the end of the tunnel

TO getting suspended all by itself makes this season better than 3-13

they got shut out three times during 3-13 including 38-0 to the friggin seahawks at home

i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

That season was my first year living in LA and I had to drag my ass out of bed really early every Sunday just to watch the games (at a bar like 30 minutes from my house). Getting up to watch those games was just the worst because I think they started what? 0-6 that season? :puke

0-5. first win was at home against the taterskins, who were also awful that year.
