Tampa in week 2 (went to that game)
Chiefs in week
San Diego in week
I wanna say New Orleans was the other loss but I'm not certain. 

I think those are the teams that got the Eagles off to an 0-5 start though. 

The game against St Louis that year was a win sometime around the middle of the season.  Eagles 3 wins that year were against the Skins, Lions and Rams I beleive. 

Regardless, this season is much worse than the 98 season.  I knew the Eagles would suck that year.  There were no expectations for that team.  This team is a complete disappointment.
