Hey Waco...he essentially said the same thing a few weeks ago on his radio show. They asked him then if he would've played in the SB knowing then what he knows now and he said no.

Watching and listening to people complain about this guy now is more entertaining than listening to TO. Everytime he opens his mouth at least one person goes into the "OMG! Get rid of him now! He's a cancer!" rant.

Guess what? We've got 9 games left. This season ain't over. And I will not root for a quitter and if the Eagles packed it in then they'd be quitters in my eyes.

Guess what, guys?

TO IS A LOUDMOUTH MORON!!

There. Keep telling yourself that for the next time he says something stupid and you know its going to happen because he says stupid shtein all the time. If you didn't know that before he signed here then you know now.

Why even listen to what he says anymore? Who cares?

He's playing this Sunday. Thats all I care about.

Also...

Irvin orginally said that the Eagles would be 7-0 with Favre on Monday's SC and MNC. Then he was on Patrick's radio show and Patrick asked him again and he said that the Eagles would be 7-0 and on fire with Favre.

So the ESPN interviewer was piggybacking Irvins comments. Irvin didn't interview him.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Every time he opens his mouth, the sensitive nancy boys come out and say "OH MY GOD, JUST CUT HIM I'M TIRED OF HIM!". It's pathetic how weak-minded people are, and some of the people who talk like that are farging adults. If you can't deal with a bunch of idiot comments from TO, and it truly bothers you THAT much, then there is something seriously wrong with you. Those people need some emotion control sessions or something. Just deal with it, or realize that football isn't for you and stop watching and following it.
THIS SEASON IS OVER AND ANDY'S WORLD IS GRIDL

Offseason needs: 2 DEs, 1 DT, 1 OL, 2 LBs, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1 KR.

Weak-minded?  You have no clue.  I'm just tired of him trying to create controversy.  He's a moron.  He's a hell of a player on the field but he sucks off the field.

If he would just shtein his farging mouth and play, then fine.  However, he continues to spew this shtein and he hurts the team chemistry.  It helps them to lose games.  So now go ahead and tell me again that i'm weak-minded.  Farg that shtein!
When you're riding in a time machine way far into the future, don't stick your elbow out the window, or it'll turn into a fossil.

It never even occurred to me that they should celebrate his 100th td.  At first I thought what a self centered ahole.   Than I remembered 1979.  Many of you may not recall in 1979 when the Eagles stopped the game against Cleveland at The Vet when Harold Carmichael broke the consecutive games with a catch record held by Danny Abramowitz.  It was a huge production where they gave him a huge trophy and a bunch of accolades.  If I recall they stopped the game for almost ten minutes.  I am sure 61 & 64 remember this game.

Something to think about.

Something else to think about--I can't believe you would compare Carmichael, one of the classiest players the Eagles ever had to Owens. That Owens is pouting because he didn't get attention for his 100th receiving TD is pathetic.

...and end up like the Vikings. History is there to teach you lessons. You don't get rid of stars just because they are outspoken and are out of control sometimes. You think Moss was a poison? How about those Vikings now. This Eagles team would be so awful on offense without TO, it's not even worth thinking about.

If you are ready to give up on the season, then I'm going to have to question your fanship, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I know deep down you don't want them to tank the season, and you are just speaking out of anger. It happens to the best of us.

It also doesn't help that the likes of Trotter, Westbrook also are on TO's side. They don't go public with it, but you can bet that they do inside the locker room.

Yeah, our offense would suck without Owens--that's why they went 57-33 BEFORE he became an Eagle and went to three straight NFCCGs--and went to another one when he was injured. And before you declare me an apologist, the facts are there to see.

As far as Trotter defending him, what else do you think Trotter would do? He had his own issues with the FO.

As far as Westbrook goes, if yesterday's reports are accurate from Eskin, and Westbrook turned down the "more lucerative offer" that they made to him, he can leave.  You saw how many offers he got when he was an RFA--and don't say that no one wanted to give up a 1st rounder and then sign Westbrook to a big deal--that happens every year when teams draft unproven players. The Bucs and Cards could have offered the Eagles 2nd and 3rd round draft picks, because THEY EACH had multiple third round picks--the Bucs in the McCardell trade and the Cards when they traded the Duane Starks to NE.

As far as comparing this situation to the Vikings, that's going way overboard--how MANY MORE GAMES has Reid won than Tice? What about the Vikings coaching staff as a whole, compared to the Eagles? What about the front offices? The Eagles didn't throw away money on a 5-8 CB; then sign an over the hill S in Sharper.

This is getting ridiculous--the Birds have 9 games to go, but it seems the "Eagles management hate patrol" is out in full force.

PHILADELPHIA -- Terrell Owens thinks the Eagles could be undefeated at this point in the season -- if they had Brett Favre at quarterback.

In an exclusive interview with ESPN.com contributor Graham Bensinger, the outspoken wide receiver also said injuries to Donovan McNabb have slowed the Eagles (4-3) this season.

"If Donovan wasn't hurt our record would probably be better," Owens said Thursday night.

ESPN analyst Michael Irvin recently said the Eagles would be undefeated if Favre was the starting quarterback.

Asked for his thoughts on Irvin's comment, Owens said: "That's a good assessment, I would agree with that, just with what [Favre] brings to the table.

"A number of commentators will say he's a warrior, he's played with injuries. I feel like him being knowledgable about the quarterback position, I feel like we'd probably be in a better situation."

Owens returned to practice Thursday after suffering a sprained ankle in last Sunday's loss to Denver. He's listed as questionable for Philadelphia's game, but told ESPN.com, "I would say I'm closer to playing than not."

McNabb has been bothered by injuries all season. He's been hampered by a sports hernia since Week 1, and is also suffereing from a bruised chest and shin. McNabb missed his second straight practice Thursday with a rib injury and was downgraded to questionable.

Owens also hard harsh things to say about the Eagles for not publically recognizing his 100th career touchdown catch Oct. 23 at home against the Chargers.

"That right there just shows you the type of class and integrity that they claim not to be," said Owens, who became the sixth receiver in NFL history to reach the milestone. "They claim to be first class and the best organization. It's an embarrassment. It just shows a lack of class they have. My publicist talked to the head PR guy and they made an excuse they didn't recognize that was coming up. But that was a blatant lie. Had it been somebody else they probably would have popped fireworks around the stadium."

Owens, who is unhappy with his contract, said he wants to remain in Philadelphia but doesn't think that will happen.

"I just want to be happy," he said. "If it's here then I would love to be here, if not you got to move on. ... If there's a situation where they have a change of heart and come to their senses and pay me what I'm worth, then I'd be more than happy to be here.

"At this time I'm being honest with myself just trying to look toward the future and I just don't see myself really being here. It's not because I don't want to be here but I just don't foresee them doing the necessary things to keep me here."

Bensinger's full interview with Owens will be available next week on ESPN.com.

He's clearly being detrimental to the team at this point.

Saying that the Eagles would be 7-0 with Favre in there is ridiculous beyond belief but the complaining about the 100th touchdown is worse.

He's an attentionwhoring imbecile who is tearing the team apart limb from limb and if Andy had any sense, he'd suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team.  Personally, I wish someone would Stingley his ass once and for all.

:)

i would not be opposed to AR growing a set and sending TO home for the rest of the season.  let him sit there and fantasize about being signed to huge numbers next year after bashing two of his QB's in the media.  good luck finding another QB who will want to work with ya TO.

Exactly, T.

If you have a cancer growing in your body, you excise it, you don't let it grow to the point where it becomes lethal.

He's gotta go, period.

SunMo

farve can get pressure on the qb, stop the run, and play pass coverage?  no wonder Madden loves him so much.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.
