Summary: Carswell was in a mulitple-car accident, taken to the hospital with rather severe injuries, internal bleeding. Torn diaphragm. They need to open up his chest and operate. He's probably listed as day to day, but that's just a guess.

He was a decent TE.  I didn't realize they had converted him to OL.  Don't like seeing that happen to anyone though so hopefully he comes out of everything just fine.

I love the look of this map.  It means I'll be getting the game....Eugene, Oregon, north of Medford.

I've been forced to watch a lot of Oakland Raiders this season...which, to me, is like watching hammered vomit.

Speaking of Carswell, the Broncos are not deep in the offensive line, so this injury is significant.  Carswell can play tight end, tackle, guard, fullback, linebacker and defensive end.  He can also punt in an emergency situation.  And he is the emergency quarterback behind Plummer, Van Pelt, and Rod Smith.
