My Patton stuff is all on CD.   :'(  Speaking of Patton, you all missed my drunk-ass rendition of Faith No More's cover "Easy" at some karaoke bar called Locust or something to that effect (last sunday night).  I was wearing my CF shirt to make us look even worse.

Did it have beer stains on it at that point?

I go to the library.

I'll never understand why more people don't do this.  It's free, there's no glitches, you can get any CD on the planet usually, and it's legal.

Most people don't remember that libraries exist.

I don't understand. You can burn music at the library...I mean download music? From where? How? Through some special library music download service?

lol...I'll pretend you aren't kidding.  You go to the local library, check out the CDs you want, rip them to your computer, then take the CDs back to the library.

We have a cooperative library system, so I can request any CD from any library in my county online and have it sent to my local branch.  I've yet to not find a CD I want.  And I can take out about 10 CDs at a time.

It's great.

If you have a laptop, and the CDs are already at your branch, you don't even have to bother checking them out.   :evil

:-D How many of us will be at the local library tonight with our laptop?

Not me, of course.   O:)

Of course, the local library is still closed and without lights.  :paranoid

At my library, they only keep the cases out.  Then I have to bring the case to the check-out counter for them to give me the actual disc.
