Sylvester Stallone Set For 'Rocky 6'
Shooting Set To Begin In December, Online Magazine Says

Sylvester Stallone will put on the gloves and climb back into the ring for "Rocky 6," according to Production Weekly.

Stallone will write, direct and star in the sixth installment, the online magazine reports.

Production Weekly said the synopsis of the film is as follows:

"Lonely and at loose ends, retired boxer Rocky Balboa comes out of retirement, intending to fight a few low-profile local fights just to keep his hand in. But when he's approached to fight a match with reigning heavyweight champ Mason 'The Line' Dixon, Rocky's modest little comeback becomes the center of a media firestorm."

Shooting is set to begin in December in Los Angeles.

Sylvester Stallone is sparring with boxing champ Roy Jones Jr. because he wants the fighter to sign up for his Rocky VI movie. The movie star wants the heavyweight champ to play fictional champion Mason 'The Line' Dixon in the film, which Stallone will write, direct and star in. Meanwhile, Stallone has an initial title for his sixth Rocky film - Rocky Balboa. Shooting is scheduled to begin in December in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the film is slated to be released next November. The movie star insists Rocky fans will see a few familiar faces in the movie: "People that were in the first movie, that you didn't think much about, are back - really minor characters are now major characters."

Anyways, Kasilius was saying Rocky V was the worst sports movie ever and challenged callers to find one worse. Some mentioned were:

If I were making the film, I'd plant all kinds of rumors like that (everyone's idea of a crappy Rocky sequel), as well as make the trailer like that. Then the movie would be totally different: Rocky teams up with space aliens to battle giant ants. Talia Shire has a musical number about her career never making it out of the 70s. The second half is in Aramaic. A fifteen minute stretch of hardcore pornography. Just pull out all the stops to make the worst, most absurd movie ever and slap "Rocky VI" on it.
