I was at MoonDoggies lastnight (Place Barrett Robbins went insane at) and there were a shteinload of depressed OSU fans there (Place is an OSU joint). Lets just say, I'm surprised none of them took a swing at me.

Penn state is now ranked 8th in the AP poll, and 10th in the coaches poll.

I'm a very happy alum, and am excited about this team.  I think they have a solid chance to win the Big 10 and go to a BCS bowl.

Reality check:
This team cannot beat USC or Texas.
Michael Robinson is a running back who tries to throw the ball.

Michigan is PSU's ownAr.  But I suppose if the modern-era Cowfargs can blow out the Eagles, anything's possible.

If PSU can win in the Big House, I think there's a good chance for them to grab one of those BCS games, since then the only 'tough' team left will be against the 'other' state.  I don't think they'll get to the championship game since Texas, USC, VT would all have to lose. 

I'm just happy that PSU is in control of the Big 10 and is already bowl-eligible.
