Unfortunately Phillmic won't be able to make it this year so I'm going to offer his ticket to someone here on the board before I offer it to anyone else.  So if any of you sheep fargers can make it to KC for this game, let me know.  If not, then I'll get rid of it someplace else.

Looks like the tailgate is pushed back to 3:10 local time now. More time for recovery from the night before and it is easier to start drinking at noon as opposed to 9 in the morning.

The National Football League announced Tuesday that the Eagles' game with the Kansas City Chiefs, which was originally scheduled for 1 p.m. (EST) on Sunday, October 2, has been changed to 4:15 p.m.

According to the press release, the change is to accomodate FOX's television patterns. The Eagles are now being nationally broadcast a total of nine times this season.

The defending NFC Champions, off to a 1-1 start in 2005, are one of the biggest draws in the league. The Eagles' 42-3 pounding of the San Francisco 49ers earned a 28.5 rating and a 56 share in the Philadelphia market Sunday.

The Eagles appear on ABC's Monday Night Football the maximum three times this season and also have a nationally-broadcast Sunday night game against the taterskins.

The Chiefs don't open the parking lots until 3 and a half hours before kick off no matter what. You can drink in line while waiting to get in though. Certainly we'll find somewhere to start!!

So our tailgate is down to myself, bionic, Phanatic and Demon along with the friends of mine in KC who are going to the game with us. 

Demon, since you and Phanatic were gracious hosts last year in StL I will play the part this year and will be sure to provide cold beer and hot chow.  And by "hot chow" I'm not referring to hbionic's ghonorrea (sp?) infected wang.
