Rape and murder is not the bar by which you judge good versus bad. It is the outermost extreme of 'bad'.

Is he a murderer? No. There are plenty of bad people who have never raped or murdered anyone so get off of it.

I think he's a STUPID person without the part of the brain that tells you what you should and should not say, but I know plenty of people like that. Most often, my mom's friends who, when they see me, have some sort of idiotic thing to say like, "Did you highlight your hair? You should have gone lighter".  They're not bad people, just dumbasses with dysfunctional brains.
