McCants has little experience with our type of offense.

He'd be no better than McMullen at this point, especially since he doesn't like to play special teams.
More Mahe please.

WEST is GOD

Is he capable of playing TE, Jake? He used to be a TE, correct?
THIS SEASON IS OVER AND ANDY'S WORLD IS GRIDL

Offseason needs: 2 DEs, 1 DT, 1 OL, 2 LBs, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1 KR.

my honest to goodness thought when gibbs came back wasn't like everyone else's. true, everyone else expected playoffs or whatever, but i didn't. i knew that gibbs wasn't gonna be up to par as to what has changed in the 12 years he left. i figured it would take at least two years to get adjusted to the nfl, and so far it has. don't hold it against me because everyone else thought that bringing him back would bring us to the playoffs. he made a mistake taking brunell, it was partly because the two seasons before brunell came to washington, he had been on the decline. joe was just returning and didn't know that he was actually that bad, and now we have to live with it.  Portis was totally misused, gibbs' system was for a bruising back like jamal lewis, someone who has to have patience for the hole to develop, and portis' strengths are hitting the whole early.  That's why this offseason we adjusted the style to fit portis' strengths, we're gonna run more stretch plays, which he likes, and more plays to fit his style.

Why did you cause a fight that got half of FedEx Field peppersprayed? You're such an evil Skinsfan. Tsk, tsk.

It's not that he didn't like to play special teams.

He's said before that he loves playing special teams.

He just wasn't that talented at it and Gibbs never played him.

Yeah. He would make a very good tight end in my opinion. He played tight end at Delaware State.

Personally i would rather give up on McMullen and go for McCants they're both Irish and one acutally has shown something in game situations.

from what i've seen this has turned into another anti-taterskins thread.

You have to realize that we hate your team.  We want you to fail, and we've been enjoying the recent years of high hopes and low outcomes.  Thus, any thread in which we discuss the taterskins is usually "anti-taterskins".

Yes, and that is why even though recently the 'Skins haven't made it I still have so much fun watching the playoffs!   :-D :-D :-D

Face it, every year in the history of the modern NFL you guys have lost.  EVERY YEAR!  Laugh at us now because we are ALWAYS laughing at you.

Even if you win the NFC East, you guys are still the big losers of the division.  I see why you guys are so hostile, it's hard supporting a team that has never done anything notable in its existence except being the only team to lose three Conference Championships in a row!  :-D :-D :-D

It's really not so bad.  It's much for fun to root for a team that has won so much in the recent past than a team that has sucked a lot of ass in recent past but at least can hang their hats on the 1980's.

C'mon, bro.  Your smack talk is nothing we haven't heard before.

I didn't know you were a Patriots fan.

Did I say we won it all?  Nope.

However, the winning a lot and falling slightly short is much more fun than just flat-out sucking.  So, enjoy those Super Bowl rings for all eternity, because there aren't any more coming to Washington anytime soon.
