Our government sucks.

Yours too, huh?

Yep, I don't think we are paid enough. They are trying to cut our salary every year.

You could always threaten to hold out and go on tv complaining about how you can't feed your family.  :paranoid

Good point, but we government officers are not allowed to hold out in any case. Is that possible in the US?

I bet he loves it, the whiny Laker biatch. P.S. Tadahito Iguchi rules. Mr. Zero kind of sucks now though.

They have mother and baby matinees at cinemas over here. Christ, all those screaming babies. Pure hell.

I can't believe that people would be dumb enough to bring a baby/toddler to the movies.  Shoot, I can't get my kid to sit down for two minutes, let alone two hours.

What's the point of bringing babies to a theater? Just get a babysitter.

Exactly. But if a load of mums want to bring their kids to the cinema, fair enough if it's a special showing.

It's like you're living my life, but in Japanese.

The man. The myth. The legend.

If they continue to cut salary, no young good guys come in. They still didn't notice this. I might work for Toyota.

I actually like the previews O-o. But it was a tie between people talking and people kicking your seat. I just hate people, sometimes I wait until the last day the movie's in theaters and then go, just because noone else is there.

I'm moving to Pittsburgh in a little less than a month. I noticed there's an enormous Loews Cineplex right by my new place that advertises the legitimate start time of the movies, in addition to the traditional method. The revolution is coming. :evil

By the way, if I ran a theater chain I'd either block out or jam cell phone signals at each screen. Of course, then someone would have a heart attack or something and try to call 911, and I'd end up getting sued.

is that loews right next to a target? along the river? you must be moving to the shadyside/squirell hill/greenfield area of the city.

if thats the place, there's a bar called Silky's on Murray Ave in Squirell hill (next to barnes and noble i believe) that gets a pretty nice eagles crowd every week. i lived there for 2 years and was there every sunday.

I hate the people who show up late to the movie or while the previews are rolling, then procede to walk up and down every isle asking "are those seats taken?"  :boom
