I was on the road all afternoon so I didn't get to watch game didn't wanna farg with Apple TV, Franzke and Stocker were fine for me. 

Good thing about those two they're not bleeding heart homers like Kruk and Rueben.  They were both appalled at Vagina boy not even getting out of fifth, Bible Boy  throwing 32 pitches in the 8th, Sosa and his asinine decision to go to third and get the lead runner rather than the easy double play, Alvarado all over the plate, you know the usual good stuff you see from high caliber playoff teams.

you're realistically looking at needing like 5/6 wins here. this is the phillies, but this would be extreme

my biggest concern is the marlins getting up to the 5. their pitching is strong, they have the phils in their pocket, multiple lefties in the pen. thats trouble.

because im not a little bitch. the phillies are the phillies, they make everything harder than it has to be and generally fail in the end. but they have a 5 game lead over a bunch of very flawed teams with 2 weeks to play. we are into 1964 extremes here. id guess during the pittsburgh series is clinch day.

theres a distinct difference between being a dumb franchise and blowing a lead like this. the phillies just kinda suck, fail at a rebuild, lose a playoff series, come up short in the end, etc.

outside of 1 year they have not collapsed to the extent that they would need to collapse to not make the playoffs. and this would supersede 1964 because of how flawed the pack behind them is. in short, your diapers shouldnt be full.
