MLB permitted Angel Fernandez to remain employed for more than 5 seconds. 

This is squarely on them for not slapping that shtein down hard.  No one is there to see the iceholes in sky blue.  Literally no one.  And now with all the shot clock bullshtein, it's only going to get worse and more unwatchable. 

Baseball has done everything in its power to ruin the game and they're *thisclose* to pulling it off.

christian pache is an interesting under the radar move

elite defensive OF who cant hit for shtein. hes had a better spring and a .600 OPS against lhp last year (if you think that sucks, wait til you see his numbers vs rhp). def some belief here k long can mine whatever ability he has. to get him up to respectability vs lhp isnt a super high climb. in the interim, he makes their outfield defense terrific for late game scenarios

I was suppossed to be at a one day meeting in Chicago this week, was to have flown home today and would have missed opening day while in the air.  Baseball Gods looking down on me, came down with Covid this weekend so trip was off.  Second time! First bout last January was like a mild allergy, not this time.  Bitch kicked my ass.  I tested Monday my third day of symptoms so to late for the meds after my test results came back early Tuesday.  Wife felt lousy Monday afternoon (first signs of symptoms), worse yesterday, she got it bad, called her doc and got Molnupiravir.  She is much better tonight.  We're not 100% but better. 

I took one for the team so DON'T PITCH LIKE A Hoyda NOLA!
