shtein, even Marcus f'n Epps might get paid...which is fine.

They won't lose em all, but tough choices will need to be made. Epps and Kyzir are the relatively easy places to upgrade. You only pay those two if it's bottom dollar. At the other positions, the Birds probably get worse when the talent walks out the door. Especially DT and CB where I doubt the team has the resources to bring the guys back.

If Kelce and Graham return, the team does not get better.  And they will need some money, even if not top dollar.  The team can't really say no thanks to either of them, right?

I figure Cox is gone no matter what.  Milton and Jordan time.  Youth as depth.

I'm with phatty on the energy cjgj brings but not for top five safety money.

CJGJ is replaceable. The safety market is decent. Kinda blows to lose both starting safeties but I don't think they'd go into the season with Blankenship and a rookie. They'll bring in someone or multiple someones depending on how much Desai values the position. I bet the answer is "more than LB".

So many "yeah but"'s with CJ.  "Yeah he's good but he's really only an average safety and whiffs a lot"  "Yeah he grades out as a middle of the road safety but he's a leader".  Bummed but they will move on.

the athletic just came out with thier top ten FA at each position and its wild how many eagles are thruout it...even marcus epps came in at number 7 on the safety list
