i think its going to be simple like this

SF wins = @tb
LA wins = @la
LA + NO win = @tb

im not going to go all tv prediction here but i feel like @la has a decent shot to be sat 430. @tb would hit one of the main spots because of brady - sat 800, sun 430, sun 800. i dont think they can be in the MNF game since that should be a 4/5 matchup - likely the afc one since dallas is the 4 and theyll be in a bigger slot.

they have mnf playoff games now?
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

It turns out the NFL loves money above all else. I'm as surprised as you are.

people are going to complain about the mnf game...but remember this

for years and years teams have been playing sunday wild card to saturday divisional. its the same thing as going monday wild card to sunday divisional. minnesota did it in 2019...sunday @ no, saturday @ sf. baltimore did it and won the super bowl the joe flacco year.

if youd rather have 3 games saturday and 3 games sunday i get that. nfl is a tv event sport largely inhabited by Neanderthals in the stands, i would not feel too sorry for them.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

So if the amount of rest is the same, are they playing the Monday playoff game at 1PM Eastern like Minnesota and Baltimore played on their WC Sundays?

Also as far as I can tell, the NFL has not committed to avoiding playing a Monday team the following Saturday. They have had an anonymous source from the league office tell the press so, but that's one promise I expect to be flushed right down the toilet the second that ratings are at stake. If not this year, then some year in the not too distant future.

I think so. He properly used the word "inquire" rather than "enquire", which he no doubt would have learned during his year at Oklahoma.

I have the utmost confidence that they'll work on a playoff schedule at some point that will have Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday games.

i would be stunned if they made a team go monday-saturday....thats a competitive catastrophe

the time difference is noteworthy but not a a huge thing. its like 6 hours of extra rest. big whoop.

i expect the 4/5 games to be put in this monday spot. could be wrong here but its the only thing that makes sense

Yeah, but I doubt the Tuesday and Thursday games go on past April.

I chuckled. Clearly, this was a calculated gift to the Eagles fans who will surely sue...and a little 'farg you" to Snyder.

phattymatty

did anyone else get a 1099 notice from Ticketmaster for selling tickets this year?  can't tell if it's a scam or not.  I have never got one before, although I never sold as many in prior years.

If you made more than $600 the IRS now requires it. Yippee.

MDS

after crunching the numbers id suspect this for the playoffs

la/arizona - saturday 800
dallas - sunday 430
tampa - sunday 800

plan accordingly as im generally wrong about these
