At a thousand a day, we'll hit a million dead around mid July.

Mostly unvaccinated deaths...you don't want to get vaxxed at this point you deserve what you get.

"This variant has a large number of mutations, some of which are concerning," the WHO said in a statement Friday afternoon. "Preliminary evidence suggests an increased risk of reinfection with this variant, as compared to other" variants of concern.

Still, major questions remain about the variant's transmissibility, whether it might make people sicker and whether it might be able to evade vaccines, but Susan Hopkins, chief medical adviser to Britain's Health and Security Agency, warned that the new variant found in southern Africa is the "most worrying we've seen."

I think the scientists are trying to tell themselves not to panic because they are frightened.

Prominent Christian televangelist and anti-vaccine advocate Marcus Lamb died after being hospitalized with Covid-19, his family announced Tuesday.

Have lost count at this point.

At what point does the increasingly Red portion of the body count start to actually affect their ability to win elections?  How can Republican leaders think this strategy will work when their voters are literally dying faster than the other sides' voters are?
