What "wokeness" did Dems run on, as it's currently used? The problem is Repubs are convincing people like you that simply acknowledging systemic racism is a thing that exists and could be somewhat addressed by policies is "woke" in the same way some random ass 20 year olds who just learned about it screaming about it at a college protest. But it's existence and the impacts it has and saying "hey that is real" is not "woke", that's just a fact. And not addressing it isn't an option anymore. You will absolutely 100% lose young voters if you pretend it doesn't exist. And yes you still need those young voters to win.

But besides that, most evry "far left" politician runs on actual progressive policy, ie family leave, strengthening unions, universal health care, free pre-K and college, etc.

Wifey was called for jury duty on a massive meth prison ring trial on Monday.  She wasn't selected but when the defense was questioning her he asked if she knew the process of how laws were passed.

Speaking for liberals:  we're not going to stop agitating for equality of treatment under the law, etc. just because doing so enrages the fascists.  The fact it does so is not good reason to dial it back and accept less.
