I worked a car show hauling parts every Thanksgiving for ten years.  I stopped in 2016 when my financial situation drastically improved.  I'm thinking of my friends still doing that show and risking their lives hauling those Trump-loving douchebags all over Daytona International Speedway this weekend. 

Great bunch of motorheads, my buddies are.  Hopefully they all stay safe and healthy.

they actually won

one kid acting like that shouldnt DQ the entire team. hes not playing sports anymore for that school, he will face whatever legal challenges and is gonna be a tough scholarship offer if he was even on any radars. he is paying the price, his team is moving on. fair.

my second cousin killed himself...shot himself in his bathroom. was a college student, came home, did it there to make things as convenient as possible for everyone. called the police just before he did it, let them know where he was and who he was, left specific instructions and notes. i was like 12, i think.

nobody knew until it was too late of course. the only thing we dont know is what he did the night before. left school mid day and didnt turn up until the next morning at home to do it. the time in between, hope he found a good hooker at least

Damn. That's rough. Sorry to hear that.

My sister went through some dark times in HS. She had to go to intense counseling and the times she wanted to do the deed she would tell the therapist she wanted to walk in front of a bus. She's doing much better now but it took years of therapy and meds.

his biggest battle has been the medicine...he hates taking it cause of the side effects and the way it makes him feel but if he stops taking it within two weeks he's in his bed with the lights out wanting to die 24 hrs a day
