I love that Philly is the epicenter of where it all went down. Crowds at the CC are amazing

dirty secret is that mont, ches, bucks and DELCO were all vastly more important to the win than philly. the collar counties swung significantly and heavily for biden while philly is going to wind up with a heavier vote share for trump. biden got the most votes out of philly, of course, but it might wind up being fewer votes than hilldog.

nobody is going to party in norristown or media and no media is going out there...and yes philly is the stand in for the entire region...but word up burbs

I'm bucks and the amount of MAGA deplorables in line to vote was probably 90%. I knew the mail ins were going to counter their support but still they were out in droves and it raised doubt. Drove to Washington's crossing to hike with my dog and the more you get away from lower bucks the more Biden/Harris support you saw. My god it's really farging over.

Delaware is of course very excited. I didn't hear cheers or pots/pans in my suburban neighborhood but everyone is all over social media and I've heard Wilmington is a traffic nightmare as people are driving around/trying to go check out the speech on the Riverfront.

And everyone has posted their obligatory pictures with Joe Biden. Because if you're from here there is a solid chance you've met him lol. I have a picture somewhere on social media from when I worked summers at a country club but facebook's interface isn't great for searching for pics.

lol that's up in Reading so no. Also my slightly conservative old italian american uncle has had the brain worms implanted by FoxNews and social media over the last few years so he's a Trumper unfortunately.

But knowing him and knowing what I know about Biden, they'd almost certainly get along if they actually met. They're both big on the importance of family and such. And my uncle is relatively catholic still.
