i wouldnt touch obj with a 1000 foot stick....dude is just drama drama all day and is good not great or even special.

to was special great so you do that a million times out of a million even with a pissant embarrassment qb liable to get his wittle feelings hurt
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

obj is incredibly special...I personally think the diva stuff is overrated 99% of the time and with obj it's out of control lunacy but whatever if that schtick if your thing i can see you not wanting him but to say he isn't special is craziness

I wouldn't do it. Teams just don't seem to win SBs with WRs with that diva spotlight whore gene.

My line of thinking. It's not so much the talent it's guys like TO/AB/OBJ always want the ball and they're paid a lot of money so they take targets from other receivers. The spread the ball mentality is a winning formula, it could succeed with the above mentioned players if they wouldn't let their egos get in the way.

74 catches and 4 tds last year. i dont care if your team is a mess, if youre special you do more than that.

his first few years in ny were great. since then. good, not great. hes a special athlete but at this juncture not a special wide receiver.

you just threw out 95% of a 27 year olds career for no reason....basically you are saying no one is elite.....he has the 7th most touchdowns in the nfl since he came into the league...not just wr's but that includes rb's

other than saquon these have been his rb's and qb's his whole career: andrew williams, eli manning, rashad jennings, orleans darkwa, baker mayfield and nick chubb and hes never played with anything less than an  atrocious offensive line

the diva stuff (whatever that means) or his contract or if he were 31 or the fact that this draft is loaded at wr are all valid reasons to not trade for him...to not want to do it because you dont think hes special is the epitome of twitter hott take central....was deandre hopkins not special when he had 76-6 and 78-4 seasons?...mike evans suck because he had 74-3 and 71-5 seasons?...fyi those are the only two wr's in the nfl who have more td's than odell since he entered the league

elite: nuke hopkins, dev adams, mike thomas, mike evans, julio, greg ward

thats just from me watching copious nfl. those guys are on a different level. obj is somewhere in that next group with ty hill, golloday, diggs, cooper, etc.

i just didnt see him take over games and make high level plays like those guys did. odell was doing that in his first few season with the giants for sure.

QB Eagles

I'm an NFL junkie so I did watch a lot of Browns. It's hard to even judge Baker by last season, let alone OBJ, because Kitchens was so far in over his head. It was just a broken scheme.

I think trading for OBJ isn't necessarily the best improvement the Eagles could make with their resources, so I wouldn't be in favor of the move, but he's still a great WR (though I'd easily choose Thomas, Hopkins, or Julio over him).

Chubb is excellent btw, that's not an example of OBJ surrounded by bad talent. I'd rather have Chubb than OBJ.

General_Failure

So is the problem that OBJ isn't better by enough than every Eagles receiver combined?

The man. The myth. The legend.
