Their obvious plan is to try this in the court of public opinion.  They're accusing elected members of one of the three branches of the federal government of being illegitimate.   This is happening right now in front of our eyes and ears.

if it plays out as a lot of the experts are predicting it might actually cause trump the election...has a much better chance than this other stuff
