what would you like kapler to do? he cant fire himself.

their offense is abysmal and the pitching lacks talent. coaching staff gets out game planned. organization is second tier and inept at talent development.

its a stink from top to bottom

Firing Kapler would mean publicly acknowledging their mistake. The Phillies rarely, if ever, do that. That's why they're the worst franchise in the history of sports.
