Finally home after 3 weeks on the road. Prime time game against a bad offense. Perfect spot for the D to get their shtein together. If they shtein the bed again they have zero shot in the playoffs. Even if Wentz was healthy they aren't winning shtein with the d playing the way it is. I'm not dumb enough to believe they can make it to a SB but I think a divisional round win is a possibility.

not totally defending the d but eli is just a terrible match up for them...he throws it too quickly for the edge guys to get off and they dont have corners who can jam at the los....theres a reason eli looks like he cant play anymore against every team cept the birds

I wish they would jam at the line. I hate passive play at CB. Like you said yesterday - he could not throw it deep. If he airs it out and connects...congrats. But he needs time to do that and with the Eagles DL they can get to the QB. Jam at the line.

Same game plan as the first game. Quick slants, Eagles can't defend them. At least game one they had ODB to deal with. The DBs were really bad. Darby is god awful, Jenkins has really fallen off, Mills was terrible, Mcleod was whatever. Patrick Robinson has been his average self.

I was really disgusted by Schwartz's game plan yesterday.  He barely adjusted against Corky but I guess it's all good since they still won the game.

I know he doesn't like to blitz, but the D line has fallen off pressure wise. Doesn't help when teams are just throwing quick passes to wherever Darby is on the field to avoid the rush.
