I'm a big softy when I see shtein like that. That poor dude was hustling some extra cash and I don't fault him one bit. Ok yeah you wanna ticket him? It's all in the game. That's the local law.

But to rob the dude? And that's what it was...it sucked to see the vendor dude break down crying in an interview. And then I want to fight the racists who jump in with their comments about going back to Mexico blah blah.

North Korea just fired another mid-range missile over Japan.  Either that guy has a farging death wish or he's certifiable.   This will not continue on much longer, especially with the orange idiot's finger on the button.

He's calling the world's bluff...no one is going to attack a nuclear country.  He is guaranteeing North Korea a global power that only a few others have.  He guarantees his regime.  Showing the world in the clearest possible way that he has the bomb and the missiles to move it serves his goals very well. 

You need to test to get the shtein to work.  You need the shtein to work for your threat to be credible.  You need the threat to guarantee your defense against any other power.

I find this rational pretty plain and simple. 

Eventually the world will have to just admit that NK is a nuclear power, and move on accordingly.
