Also, @ Detroit and @ Dallas were very winnable games. Not saying they would have won a playoff game, but that's how easy a team's season can be made or broken with just a play or two going their way or not. Eagles need those to go their way.

pray that Dougie Fresh learns how to, you know, coach NFL football games in the near future.  He wasn't awful last year but he wasn't great either.

I'm trying to remain optimistic about this dude.  I'm hoping that most of his "questionable" decisions and play calls on those decisions were more about giving Wentz in game exp in situations that can't really be simulated in practice.  You can tell Wentz during practice that it's a 4th down play but the adrenaline and environment and stakes just aren't the same.  So those boneheaded decisions were experience for Wentz and the foolishness of certain individual plays run in those situations were experience for Pederson.    So I hope.

this is not how the NFL works...look at the rosters coaching staffs and divisions...not how many wins a team had in a particular year cause that is meaningless

it wouldn't take a miracle to make the playoffs but the  eagles have a much much better chance at finishing last in the division than they do making the playoffs

of course they do, but so do the saints, panthers, bucs, vikings, lions -- most of the teams theyre in wild card "contention" with

the big swing game for them is the bears. they get them while the cowboys get gb and giants get detroit. but the entire nfc east plays the afc west, the hardest division in football. how that correlates to their odds i dont know.
