hes a nice player but a loser org like the eagles cant do anything with nice players
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

QB Eagles

Schwartz doesn't want him so it makes sense to trade him or at least reap the cap savings. The dead money hurts but they desperately want the cap room.

A lot of guys are going to be gone by March 9, and we're not going to feel great about all of them. That's just the reality of the Eagles cash situation as they try to recover from the butchery inflicted on the roster by Chip.

MDS

it make sense if they want to get the pick back because they plan on trading a 2 or 3 for a WR (like brandin cooks!!)

but really great teams like the pats, steelers and packers make kendricks work and loser teams like the eagles sign him to a long term contract, fire 2 coaches, then trade him for a late round pick

cap savings are minimal especially compared to his talent and the fact that their depth at LB is a joke

its just an all around asinine decision unless they shock the world and get a 2nd for him...but even if that happens they just gotta use the pick for a linebacker anyway that they hope will be a contributor right away...im pretty sure najee goode would be a starter for them if kendricks is traded

Yep. They have a player who is pretty good at a position that is relatively devoid of talent - so farg it...lets trade him!

phillies will be under 500 this year...book it

QB Eagles

Schwartz isn't going to play him any differently, so it's a question of whether you spend $6M in cap on a player who is out there for 25% of the snaps, or $4.5M in cap on a player who is out there for 0% and let him move somewhere he can flourish.

I'd rather them keep him and actually use him, but that's not realistically something that is going to happen.

MDS

you mean devise a scheme to fit the player? not the other way around

thats not the way you go 8 years between playoff wins, brah

theres nothing even to devise with kendricks...hes a classic speedy 4-3 linebacker playing in a classic downhill 4-3 defense...this isnt farging rocket science

Sgt PSN

This is a pretty lively conversation for an average player.

he has such a great player personnel track record...who would ever question a genius like him....my god you know you are an eagle homer when jim farging schwartz cant be questioned...not sure if that is worse or the idea that unless youve played or coached professional football you cant question anyone who has...
