The NFL says it was Sarah Thomas who saw a Skin in possession of the football at the same time Duke Johnson was holding it aloft 5 feet away. And because there's no camera angle that shows the football through the whole thing, it couldn't be overturned.

I don't believe she was on Tripplette's crew last year - she must have been downgraded to the worst crew.

If they reviewed it they would have seen how it unfolded...but then again at that point it falls on Tripplette to show competence which he struggles with.

They did review it, they review all turnovers. Because there's a period of time you can't see the ball, they couldn't overturn the call on the field.
