Trump likes to rip Hillary for no press availability but he only appears on fox platforms now

I like that. Keep with the group who you know already have your vote. Keep him away from exposure on other media platforms.

PhillyPhreak54

This is juicy

Trump is whining he wants no moderator fact checking during the debates lolol

ice grillin you

i dont agree that its a moderators job is to fact check...that really should be on the other candidate in a debate and then of course the voter and the media during the campaign

and in particular with trump if the moderator starts fact checking him which in reality could be the entire debate its going to look like he was picking on trump and trump will run with that narrative the next day...you need to let trump hang himself with his complete lack of knowledge about pretty much everything and hillary needs to provide the rope

I get that - because he talks so much shtein they'd be there all night and he'd be viewed as a sympathetic figure...if that's even possible

However I think they need to be called out when they're lying. This goes for any pol. Because the stupid voters believe that shtein.

ice grillin you

imo they should be called out by the person they are debating not by the moderator

Yes.  Debate moderator should have no role in correcting, pushing for answers, or anything like that.  Her role is to run the logistics.  Manage the clock, keep bitches from interrupting one another, deliver the questions...that's it.  Let the candidates engage one another (or not), let the people decide for themselves what they think of what was said, etc.

They can run the logistics and interrupt when something is egregiously false no?

Diomedes

I think that would be a mistake.  Mod's job is to give 'em rope, not to reel them in.

Trumps latest charity faux pas aka theft?

$120k of it spent on a 2008 luxury trip through an auction

Diomedes

Right, so it's fair to ask about that, but when he denies it (aka when he lies), the mod needs to just let that hang out there for HRC, the media, or the people themselves to pick up.

I can get that. I just hate the dude so much I want him embarrassed and humiliated in the moment.

General_Failure

I'm really finding it hard to believe there's anyone out there who's actually going to vote that can still be swayed by anything either of these two do.

The man. The myth. The legend.

ice grillin you

i think there are college educated moderate republicans that are currently soft trump voters because they despise hillary so much but that could be swayed in the debate by what they would consider an egregious disqualifier by trump....something along the lines of gary johnsons aleppo comment...or something like trump not knowing how something simple in the federal government works that hillary corrects him on

I can't wait until he loses. Hopefully in yuuuge fashion so I can win money from a friend who bet me on the election.

But the Trumper tears will be delicious. I'll watch Hannity just for the whining

Diomedes

If you don't know who you're voting for at this point, you should probably just not vote.
