I can pay the remaining balance but can not get into the Manage Tickets section.


didn't think it was a big deal but i have read that lots of people have already been buying tickets through the exchange.

Mine aren't fully paid off yet, so I can't manage them. Supposedly once you have paid the full balance, you can post them on Ticket Exchange in manual mode, or whatever that is, with the indication that tickets are not yet in hand.
