Better Call Saul has been damn good. This week's episode was great. Season finale should be nuts.

I can't stand Chuck, they did a great job with his character. Kim Wexler is another great character. Saul's almost not the star of his own show.

Vince Gilligan does a nice job developing the supporting cast. I do enjoy seeing the back story involving Mike, Tuco, and the whole Salamanca thing. They could run with that stuff for quite a while.

I tried it and hated it.  Tried again, same result.  Awful characters with no redeeming qualities whatsoever, etc.  It's well-written and well-acted, though.  Just not into it.

I liked the beginning of this season a lot.  Then thought the middle was meh / fairly obvious padding with how his firm gig went but I liked last episode a lot.


I also still watch Shameless for some reason.   Wheels have fallen off IMO.  Two years ago it was legit very solid.  Last season was a big step back and then this year got close to hate watching category.

the show can funny, thrilling, entertaining and pretty much every adjective you can think of, but that scene between jimmy, chuck and kim was DEEP. rhea seehorn should win an emmy for her reaction shots alone right there.
