It certainly appears that way... with the glaring exception of the head coach hire.

Except for he almost certainly didn't have final say on the head coach.  Pederson was all Lurie.  These moves actually belie that move almost entirely.  It's, well... ok.  I refuse to get excited until we see what's going to end up on the field, but this is a really good start.

Oh yeah, I don't hate any of this. Looks like Howie is making the moves everyone hoped he would, I just don't think it matters if Pederson is a total stiff.
