Most unusual thing about that game might have been that the Eagles actually converted a key 53 yard field goal. That felt totally alien.

If Bailey had actually missed that kick, the earth would have stopped spinning.  Didn't realize how off he was until I just watched the replay again.

Things that were the most gratifying tonight to me were how well the patchwork OLine blocked, Matthews catching the ball, and that Brighteyes was more accurate. I still think he holds the ball too long, mostly because he wants to find another read. Hard to tell if he's getting better pocket presence of just had a few lucky ones he got rid of just in time. Lane Johnson may be a pretty good LT of the future, probably more natural there than on the right.

Huge thing - after the review chip was hollering at the officials to make sure the ball was placed back on the far hash. That was important for that play to develop otherwise Matthews doesn't have all that room to the right to run the route after his break
