Maybe they are using 2 TEs more because the WRs suck. Amazing Chip adjustments. We just might see the talking heads around the league stop referring to receivers as a skill position because of the Eagles.

Two TE sets are valuable because they have an extra blocker and can disguise schemes better. When they drafted Ertz it was a surprise because they already had a decent TE in Celek, but everyone assumed they'd follow the Pats offensive model of lining up two TEs (they also had Gronk and Hernandez). When your line blows you might as well have extra bodies to run block and Celek/Ertz are just as good as KKK and Austin.

speaking of valuable when was the last time the eagles had an ofensive coordinator...gruden?...the OC under andy  was there to run to tony lukes and grab pork sandwiches at halftime and then blend them up for reid's IV...and now you know damn well chip aint listening to a soul when it comes to the offense...i understand they think they are geniuses but even a genius needs something more than a yes man every once in a while

thats one thing i always liked about belichek....yeah hes the man and he knows it but hes also a delegator even on the defensive side of the ball
