He's not a fan.  He's a mental ward candidate.  He's obsessed with Philadelpia sports, but doesn't actually like any of the teams.  He doesn't actually like the Eagles.  He considers himself some kind of stakeholder in the team, like he owns stock or something, but he can't sell it, so his gig is to hate on it as much as humanly possible.  His schtick online is to be as invidious as possible, and his principal need is attention attention attention.  Never been wrong, everything is the best or the worst, everyone else is an idiot, or a homer, or MA, or whatever.
