Buchanan was not trying to hit those guys. Even Darling and Hernandez said that he was wild and they weren't on purpose. So lolol all you want but a guy who is struggling to stay in the bigs isn't going to bean guys on purpose. And I am not saying that to be a homer. Anyone, well anyone but you and anti-Phillie lil guy, can see that.

And lil guy gets proven wrong again...Harvey did stare Utley down like he was some kinda badass.

Buchanan didn't hit those guys on purpose. He's a lousy pitcher. Sometimes balls get away from a pitcher.

And Harvey definitely stared Utley down. Who cares. The Phils are lousy. If these two teams were vying for a playoff spot the drama would be great.

it doesn't farging matter....you hit two guys on the other team within two innings one of your guys is getting plugged...its just how it is

probably one percent of every batter ever hit in the major leagues was intentional...and 90% of all those came after someone getting unintentionally hit

and lol at getting upset about Harvey...that's just pure jealousy....if the Phillies had a guy like that who stared a met down youd be jerking your junk all over your keyboard

Yup. In fact I would say that batters intentionally get hit more often than the pitchers intentionally target them. [Utley perhaps most of all.] You can kill a guy or at least farg up his career if you hit him in the right way, that's not something that pitchers are doing very frequently except for express retribution.

and to this point is why I mentioned Harvey did it the right way....he didn't go at utleys head or anything....shtein he didn't even go towards the elbow or hands....square in the back a little stare down and everyone moved on....it was a textbook mlb beanball episode on both sides

My response was to mds saying that Harvey didnt stare him down. Utley handled it right he ran down to first and even made the comment afterwards that it was nothing.

The stare down was like he wanted a fight. Or like he was marking his territory or something. If he wants that then the next ball to one of their stars should be off their back. Give them what they want.
