Congrats J!  Good for you, that is awesome!  Just went through the process with my son the past year.  Good God, we haven't bought  a home in almost 30 years, but this was a grueling process.  Almost to the finish line but exhausting.

I bought the gray, green and black paint from Lowes as they sell the NFL official colors. Going in the cave with four 50" Samsungs to make the video wall.

Took right at about six months from signing the contract to completion. We move in 7/10 and are having a buncha work done (paint, board and batten walls, wainscot, soft close hardware in the kitchen and garage floor epoxy) first.
