Week 8 - 49ers: Free Win

They beat a zesty team by three touchdowns today.  I think our expectations might be a bit askew if that's considered frustrating.  Just saying, no one here, least of all me, expected them to have this record right now. 

Let's stop whining and enjoy this shtein for a minute.

I think (hope) a lot of the offensive issues today was due to shtein weather.

I think some of it was the play calling which Pederson later corrected to a degree. A lot was poor Oline blocking (which I think Pederson later adjusted by sitting Seumalo, who is still pretty bad, and letting Warmack in) - Ertz and Celek were terrible.  They had a hard time getting Blount going. You hope with the D stacking 8 guys close to the LOS and blitzing he'd break some through to the second level and bust some big gains but it just didn't happen. WRs were a little sloppy on routes but that could have been the turf. The int wasn't Wentz's fault. I think a bright spot was that Doug seemed to make some adjustments, which was a concern being an Andy disciple.
