matt ryan had 16 tds and 13 turnovers his 1st year as a starter. ryan went to penn charter.

he literally has way more turnovers than touchdowns in his career

Carson Wentz, 2016: 16 passing TD, 14 INT, 3 fumbles lost.  Net -1 (unless you count rushing TDs; then he is +1).
2017: 4 passing TD, 2 INT, 1 fumble lost.  Net +1

So he /literally/ does not have "way more" turnovers.  He has the exact same number.  Unless you count rushing TDs, then he is +2 through 18 games of his career.
