Only 6 seasons with 10 or more wins. In 15 years?  That's garbage.

whatever you think about marv i dont think that number is garbage....andy "only" had 8 ten win seasons in 14 years with the eagles...slightly better but not by much...also if marv goes 6-10 or better this year he will have more wins with the bengals than andy had with the eagles in not a huge amount more games

of course there is a grand canyon sized gap in their post season success except rings where they are tied

QB Eagles

The team has a truly awful, cheap owner who loves to be hands on. And his hands are incompetent. No coach other than Lewis ever had a winning season working for that douchebag. It's not really an environment that lends itself to winning football, and they've never really hit the QB lottery either.

While I think Lewis has some big problems as a head coach (how many times have we seen undisciplined, sloppy Bengals teams) achieving a lifetime record over .500 during such a long tenure there is some kind of achievement.

MDS

its going to piss off the fans but really until the bengals get away from dalton, which they cant right now because of his contract/cheap owner, it doesnt matter who the coach is. nobody good is going there to try and win with andy farging dalton.

keeping lewis around to wait this thing out is whatever. from a pr perspective its horrible but i cant imagine that many people truly care in cinci.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

lol   didn't click but WaPo Sports feature titled "the fatal flaw that could stop your favorite team from winning the Super Bowl," accompanied by a photograph of Nick Foles.

QB Eagles

QuoteIn his most ominous comments about the futures of strong safety Kam Chancellor and defensive end Cliff Avril, Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Tuesday that both players "are going to have a hard time playing football again" because of their neck injuries.

"The jury's not out on that; they're going to decide that themselves, but it's going to be very difficult for those guys to come back and play again," Carroll said in his weekly radio show on 710 ESPN Seattle.

i cant think of anything less interesting than the greatest dynasty in pro football history breaking up when the QB is 40 and the coach 65

i dont know what will be worse....patriot fans catching feelings over the article or patriot haters being happy over this after they won a million superbowls

I wish I hated someone enough for us to be the best of all time at something.

The man. The myth. The legend.
