i went to detroit for a few days for some reason....was at the tigers game on sunday.

-comerica park isnt half bad. they have a lot of statues of tigers all over the place, which i thought was really cool but others thought was tacky.
-instead of having an wall of fame type of deal, hey just place historical things in the concourse of the park. kinda tough to see it and read it when theres 100 people trying to get by.
-the statue of ty cobb i get...but man he was a horrible horrible human and its not like thats a big secret.
-they have a standing room section basically in the middle of the 100 level, which is really cool.
-saw a guy in the crowd wearing a "white lives matter" tank top. so theres that.
-the park is directly next to ford field...like hugging it basically. its also across the street from the fox theater, which is where trump bragged about his dick during one of the repub debates. history!
-they had a bunch of tiger stadium memorabilia and pictures, but its in some pretty random places in the park. they also have 2 different merry go rounds. i dont know.

all in all not a bad park but beneath the bank. also detroit is a cool city and super cheap. also its the same size as philly but with less than half the population, so it feels like a ghost town. and a lot of people are on drugs.
