I'm still trying to confirm who this Dennis Kelly character was. Not sure he was ever on the team. I for sure didn't know his name. So, logic says, if I didn't know him, he didn't exist. It's like I never lost anything and gained a Beckham!

You're kidding right?  We've been mocking this guy since he was drafted.  Been creeping us out for a few years now.

What's funny is we're always complaining that the Eagles pick guys like Dennis Kelly in the draft or acquire them via free agency, and never take guys with actual athletic ability.

Now they do exactly that and some of us are STILL complaining.

I honestly think that's why the Eagles have never won anything.  The fans are absolute iceholes and don't deserve a winner.

except not one single person hasn't co-signed this trade and done do strongly...you just got mad homer tendencies and seek out the negative which is really weird here because there is no negative talk regarding this trade

roob knows whats up

QuoteWatch him actually play instead of just blindly following some tired fan narrative. Kelly is a fine NFL backup.

Oh now you give Roob some dap and he's not some mouthpiece on this take eh?

I give him dap when he says something that is correct....I don't think roob is an idiot hes just normally homertastic...in this case hes talking about a player who has left which takes his bias out of it

That right there is why picking this guy up was a brilliant move.  Preseason and whatever but still.  Wow.   Get some, DGB.

For some reason he reminds me of Voodoo from FNL

QB Eagles

My overall impression is "> Dennis Kelly". I also like that his presence means fewer plays where I have to watch Josh Huff try in vain to get separation.

PhillyPhreak54

Yeah I think he's going to eventually pan out and really become an asset especially in the red zone

Don Ho

I remember igy saying how he looked like a man amongst boys during one preseason game.  Dude is a beast,  he still looks like a man out there with children.  That dropped TD Sunday was ugly but hopefully he's just getting into the rhythm of this offense.  Red zone wet dreams.

Butchers Bill

The offense is only what, a month old to this kid?  I like what I see so far, and am hoping he can be the "stretch the field" guy later this season.

Agreed

I also think he's in a stable situation for him. Pederson, Greg Lewis and Matthews seem to have him focused
