Also, what the hell happened? Maybe it's just me but I've never noticed so many dramatics around a leg injury. Ambulance came, now Schefter tweeting that Teddy B is "sedated" and getting an MRI now. I've never seen anyone refer to someone with a torn up knee as needing to be "sedated".

Compound fracture, perhaps?  Bones and ligaments getting a suntan, blood filled socks, etc.

It sounded like he's got a compound fracture. That is what would require sedation.

I just read that Vikings players have been leaving Teddy bears and flowers at the spot on the field where he went down.
