I blame whatever smoothie blend they had this week.  Change that shtein up.

I'm a big fan of banana stawberry kiwi. I'll write Chip a letter to let him know about that combination.

I think I put more effort into finding a stream to watch than anyone did on the field. We all made some regrettable decisions today.

I'm already tired of the Sam Bradford "stupified" look.

Rome

Other than the fact that the offense can't run block or pass block, or run the ball or catch the ball or throw the ball, and the defense can't stop the run or the pass, and the special teams can't make a play and the offensive coordinator keeps calling the same lameass plays and the defensive scheme is ridiculously predictable, this team is terrific.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Geowhizzer

Had to miss the game because of other obligations (yeah yeah, errands...).  Tried to DVR the game and watch it when I got home, but accidentally saw the score trying to get to the recording.  Doesn't look like I missed much.  >DELETE<

And it also looks like my most dire fears about this season may be coming true... and may have even been too optimistic.

Sgt PSN

I dvrd the game but I'll def be deleting that shtein when I get home.

I'm officially on the Fire Chip bandwagon. I've seen enough.

Remember when this team had a good offensive line, a couple of talented receivers, and a RB who could consistently hit double or even triple digits in yards? Good times.

I thought Herrremans played fine last season. The only reason I was onboard with cutting ties with him because he's getting up there in age and I assumed they'd address Guard in FA or the draft. Then they let Mathis go. They replaced them with a recovering alcoholic who was out of the league for a year and a half and couldn't beat out the slop they're rolling out there now.

Same situation happened last season when their O lineman got hurt, Shady had nowhere to run, Foles was running for his life etc. The sad part now is there's no waiting a few weeks till these guys are healthy, what they have at Guard is what they have.

In addition to the guards being horrific, Kelce, Peters, and to a lesser extent Johnson have regressed. The guards are terrible but it hasn't just been the guards. The unit as a whole is seriously broken.

The front four played extremely well today. Jenkins continues to play well. Maragos somehow continues to not be totally exposed. Other than that, nothing positive can be said about any Eagle in this game. We've all seen some disgusting games but this one probably takes the cake in terms of the offense just doing absolutely nothing.

Don't worry, it isn't going to get any better. The receivers will continue to not catch the few balls that are actually near them, Murray will get bitchier and bitchier until he quits, and Sproles will eventually collapse from having to carry this team to what little success they can get.

Peters/Kelce/Johnson have talent. Rough start sure but there's something there (talent, experience etc.). That's why I added the there's no waiting a few weeks until the better players heal part. Barbre/Gardner have little talent They're fine as 2 week fill ins but not starting Guards. The A gap is a sieve right now.

The other problem is Dallas obviously watched the tape from last week. In Chip's zone blocking scheme the first level the O lineman hit their player then peel off unto the next level. That's not happening now because the LBs aren't waiting for the lineman to get to the next level, they're shooting gaps as soon as they see an opening. You'd think play action would help to contain that but for some reason they refused to throw the ball down the field.

What a clusterfark of a game. I know you guys couldn't move the ball but at least you didn't have 18 farging penalties called against you. Almost every farging drive, one step forward, two steps back, it was one of the worst games I have ever watched. That "top" offensive line looked like crap, struggling to run block or pass block. I can't remember the last time I was so disgusted after a win, it didn't even feel like a win.

Either both of our defenses are better than I thought or both of our offenses are worse than I thought, maybe a little bit of both. It looks like the NFC Beast will be the NFC Least this year and most of our wins will probably come struggling to beat division rivals for the NFC Least Bad Champion.

Oh and we should have drafted Romo's successor no less than three years ago. I said a couple of years ago he *might* have four years left. If he's got half a brain he'll retire, take that guaranteed $$$ and run.

In Weeden we trust.  :-D

Ugh.
