And you know this how?  You're not actually believing anything that's written in the local rags or spewed on the radio, are you?   I mean they insisted Mychal Kendricks was gone, and then, boom...extension. 

chip never said anything about kendricks leaving....that was made up by the dummy fans....if the eagles havent tried to get bradford locked up on the cheap then they are incompetant fools who shouldnt be running a sports franchise

Worst case scenario: Bradford stays healthy, Cooper gets hurt early so there's always legitimate targets on the field, Bradford puts up stupid good numbers and leaves for wherever, Chip cuts Murray so they can pay for Tebow next season.

The media ran story after story about Kendricks leaving just as they've run story after story about Bradford being offered an extension, not being offered an extension, etc. 

That's the point, dummy.  It's all pointless supposition and rumor.

It's preseason, and we've seen what teams like the Skins would do in preseason.  But they're really playing well against the other team's starters on both sides of the ball and Chip isn't running up the score to make a statement.  He's just toying with the offense and combinations, fun to watch in the first half. 

Like Sunny, I watched that throw to sproles 10 or more times on DVR, just amazed at the speed and accuracy it was delivered.  Sproles was probably a foot shorter than the guy covering him.  Maybe its all the years of having Donovan and guys who were afraid to make that throw or incapable, but I'm excited.

I'm def excited. yeah it's only pre-season but these "what-ifs" are going to make this team tough to beat assuming they stay on the field.

The defense concerns me still but if the offense stays healthy they might to all time franchise great.

I think this is an 10-11 win team if everything goes right.   If the defensive backfield was better I'd be more confident on the over 11.

farging Riley Cooper and farging Josh Huff temper my excitement quite a bit. Everyone seems to but all frothy about Huff, but until he does something other than single-handedly turn the tide of a regular season game in favor of the opposition I am not a believer.

did coop even play against gb? hes like the 7th option on this offense. hes a blocking wr who actually legit might not have a roster spot because of chip's jeff male special teams boner.

whats interesting is miles austin hasnt played a single special teams snap which usually on a chip roster is a necessity for a back up wr...this would normally mean hes not making the team but they guaranteed him a million bucks in his deal

this would be different...it was his own signing and just happened a few months ago...throwing away a million bucks for a few preseason snaps would be a pretty big admittance of failure...id personally be very suprised if austin is cut because of that but as i said nothing about his place on the team would make much sense....unless its purely a veteran thing since two of the eagles top three wr's have a total of one year experience in the nfl

seyi is also in the mix and hes a stud special teamer which normally would have austin in trouble if not for the money i think
