1. I am glad Papsmear didn't get into the game last night. Hopefully he will whine about it.

2. Not too shocking on Hamels and I think what that means is for the deadline. They will probably deal him in the off-season when the new regime is in place.

My biggest fear is that Hamels is going to come down with some arm injury that will torpedo his value.

Then again, with Amaro in charge of the trade, that may not matter anyways.

injury isn't s big factor if they trade him this offseason....I mean unless you are scared he's gonna get hurt in the two months from the deadline to the end of the season

just in general his value automatically takes a big hit after this deadline...injury or not

in fact if they don't trade him this month j hope he gets hurt or run over by a bus...it's just what this pos organization would deserve

his value is especially high now because of the strong FA class next year...every team that wants an arm will be able to get one. even a guy like james shields will be available.

so if he doesnt go now, theyre better off holding off until the 2016 deadline. by then the hamels-nola 1-2 punch will be in full effect so they might not even choose to do it.
