I care so little about this move, it's almost not worth posting about.

I get that he's a polarizing figure and pretty annoying, but he's not a criminal or flat-out cancer. We're talking about the 4th QB spot, MAYBE 3rd. And Barkley is horrible. To be honest,  if you ever get down to that 3rd QB, Tebow has about the right skill set...which is, go out there, make something happen and hope for the best.

Will he get more attention than he deserves. Yeah. Already is. Will he be a real distraction? I mean, after this offseason, I don't think he'll add THAT much of a spotlight. Kelly seems like an attention whore this year, anyway.

In summary, who farging cares? Well, I guess a lot of people. I'm just not one of them.

Twitter blew up when the news about Tebow surfaced early Sunday night. Rarely has someone accomplished so little and received so much attention, but when the talking heads at ESPN and the other 24-7 sports networks find a story they like, they will shove it down our throats over and over again regardless of the actual significance.

Tebow is that rare sports figure who I hate not because of anything he does on the field. (He doesn't do anything on the field. He's awful in a laughably obvious way.) And I don't hate him for his personality. (Yes, he's a god-loving meat-headed doofus, but so is 95% of the league.) No, I hate Tebow because the rest of the god-loving meat-headed doofuses in this country love him irrationally and since that is ESPN's core audience, we have to hear about this awful, inconsequential jerkoff all of the farging time.

Plus now, in back to back offseasons, Chip has signed Buttfumble and the worst NFL quarterback since Vince Young, who, whoops, also briefly played for the Eagles. I farging hate this team right now.

I don't mean to alarm you, but all their quarterbacks are horrible, and one of them is injury prone. Any quarterback on the roster has a chance to start the season. Not finish it, of course, what with that sweet draft deal to move up to get that guy.
