Ridiculous money for Price.  Never been excited about him.  Every time he pitches it's like Mahatma Gandhi is taking the mound.  All I remember was all the hype if the Rays won the 72 hour game 5 the bums would most likely face Price in game 6 at that high school auditorium called a stadium in Tampa.  farg them.

He's older, but he's still the top pitcher on the market. Price got 30mil/year for 3 years (looking at it that way since Price can opt out at that point).  So Greinke can use that as a starting point and work his way up, which is where you have him.  He's probably going to get more per year, but with less years.  That's still big time fap material.

i could see him getting a higher aav...but ill be really suprised if he gets 200 and ill be shocked if he gets more than price...also you can only look at as 3/90 if it was a team option...but baseball money is 100% guaranteed so price got 7/217
