wrong...but it's cute to see you cling to stupid elder baseball theology

were you calling for josh huff to get knocked out after his flip on Sunday?

I called it what it was... showboating.   And would you really be upset if he was knocked out?  You hate the guy.

Haha I know and I'm factoring that in - never heard a domed stadium this loud. Now back to shuffleboard geezer!

There's never been a louder stadium in the history of the universe.  Or a greater home run in the history of time.

I doubt it but did you also yell for him to get drilled and call him a mouthy showboating pos?

And no I could care less if he never played for the eagles again...but not cause of the flip because he sucks

i left work after the play in the 7th and listened to b7 (toronto has the worst announcers ever, harold reynolds included) on the horrible 76 drive home.

i knew that this discussion would turn into an angry rome rant about something, i just wasnt sure what. as it turns out, its him being a fossil. NO HAPPINESS IN BASEBALL. NO SMILING.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Sgt PSN

Just noticed on the replay that Bautista's hr ball traveled in  the vicinity of Joe Carter's name near the upper deck.  It hurts, but that's also pretty cool considering that Bautista hit the 2nd most important hr in that franchise's history.

Nope.  Today was definitely the loudest stadium ever.  The decibels were at like 135 gazillion.  Blood was gushing out of canuck ears.  That, sir, is farging loud!

Sgt PSN

I opened my living room window after the HR and could hear them cheering.

Sorry Sassy.  That Bautista homer was definitely more important.  After all, the Carter homer came against the fraudulent Phillies, who were the WORST baseball team ever to play in the World Series.

Look back at the PBP thread.  I called it showboating there.
