im looking through his bio now

he layed some of the ground work in montreal but left right before it got good in the early 90's....he put together that joke 97 marlins that won that everyone pretends never happened....then he went to detroit in 2002 and, as i said, did a nice job spending money and putting a good product on the field. its not his fault they didnt win more titles.

im sure his call to cooperstown is coming any minute.
